To purchase products, reserve vehicles, or inquire about properties, you must create a verified user account. You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and security.
3. E-commerce Purchases & Checkouts
Product prices are subject to change. Direct checkout processes automatically populate payment details, and proofs of payment must be uploaded where required. Orders are final upon system verification.
4. Real Estate & Properties
Zuba Online Market acts as a digital listing hub for property sales and rental inquiries. All final lease and sale agreements are subject to verification between agents and buyers.
5. Vehicle Rentals & Bookings
Rental calculations are based on days elapsed between selected Start and End dates. Renters must provide proper identification, valid driving licenses, and fulfill verification rules prior to vehicle handover.
6. Liability Limitation
Zuba Online Market does not warrant that listing features or vehicle conditions are error-free. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction discrepancies.
