By accessing or using Zuba Online Market ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Products, Properties & Vehicles

• All listings on the platform are subject to availability and may change without notice.
• Prices are displayed in Rwandan Francs (FRw) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
• Vehicle rentals are subject to additional terms outlined at the time of booking.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification by our team.
• We accept mobile money (MTN, Airtel) and bank transfers as payment methods.
• You must upload valid proof of payment for your order to be processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud or payment failure.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is approved.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
• Vehicle bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start date may incur a cancellation fee.
• Property orders are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including logos, images, and text is the property of Zuba Online Market and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zuba Online Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
